The company was established in the early 1980s, by Sergio Grasso, who wished to combine the great tradition of top-quality Italian footwear with a product that would not only represent the cream of aesthetic achievement but would also require a certain technical quality, such as the riding boot.
The business immediately aimed to corner the upper end of the market using the best manufacturing equipment available, but also by adding the important contribution of the skills and knowledge that only master craftsmen can bring:

Every stage in production has always followed this absolutely essential guideline for Sergio Grasso, to produce items of absolute quality.

All of our items are made exclusively in Italy.

More than thirty years have passed since Sergio Grasso created his first prototype, made by hand with a total passion for elegance, quality and innovation.  These elements are our cornerstones when it comes to creating, today and tomorrow, items that are more than just practical objects.

Decades of evolving a concept – the show jumping Boot – continuing with research in the quest for perfect technical and practical features, constantly creating prototypes to fine tune new models…This shows all of our conviction when it comes to our aim to make only the very best.  Although firmly based on tradition, a boot from Sergio Grasso is also the result of designs that look to the future, for the best possible definition and creation of a product, made for today.
